Replaced 30 year old leaking, inefficient cooling tower with new BAC 630gpm cooling tower complete with Bacnet control system, NEMA 3R VFD for fan, modulating bypass valve and new Aquatherm fusion welded PPR piping! Prefabricated all piping in the OSB shop for an easy bolt up install on the job site. The 13 story high rise building in the beautiful Rhodes College neighborhood was without cooling for only one night (fortunately we had great weather for the job as planned!). Customer is happy as always.
